Grayson Grove
President
Grayson Grove is the Founder and President of Jet Methods. With over 35 years of experience in business aviation, he directs company operations, leads strategic planning, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and operational reliability to customers.
Grayson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Finance. In addition to his leadership at Jet Methods, he dedicates time and expertise to two nonprofit boards, serving as treasurer for one of the organizations.
Bret Townley
VP of Operations
Bret Townley manages flight operations at Jet Methods, with over 28 years of aviation experience. He ensures all activities comply with FAA regulations and upholds high operational standards. Bret also serves as an FAA Line Check Airman, offering guidance and training to the pilot team.
When he’s not working, Bret enjoys traveling, managing properties in Mexico, scuba diving, and staying passionate about skydiving, where he has completed over 23,000 jumps and was awarded the 1997 National Champion in Parachuting.
Jose Salazar
VP of Maintenance
Jose Salazar manages maintenance for Jet Methods’ fleet, bringing 23 years of experience in maintaining corporate jets and helicopters. Before joining Jet Methods, he served as Director of Maintenance at a major aerial firefighting operation, overseeing Part 91, 133, 137, and 145 operations for aircraft, including Boeing 737s, Sikorsky helicopters, and Lockheed C-130s. He has also held director roles at Executive Jet Maintenance and Surf Air.
Jose ensures that all aircraft meet regulatory and top safety standards, providing meticulous maintenance oversight and prompt communication to our aircraft owners. He holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License with Inspection Authorization (IA).
Jon Lash
VP of Sales
With over 33 years of experience in sales, aircraft sales, and customer service, Jon leads the sales team at Jet Methods and provides leadership to our customer service team. Jon is dedicated to offering responsive and knowledgeable support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Outside of aviation, Jon’s hobbies include running, cycling, pickleball, and golf. He is active in musical theatre with his family and works as a professional race announcer for various sporting events in the area. Jon has a bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus on photography and Public Relations.

Laurel Maguire
VP of Finance
Laurel Maguire manages financial operations at Jet Methods, with over 33 years of experience in finance and operations management. Before joining Jet Methods, she served as Controller and Director of Human Resources at The University of Saint Katherine, where she oversaw budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audits. She also held finance leadership roles at two other educational institutions, including serving as CFO for a nonprofit generating over $3 million in annual revenue. Laurel manages all financial responsibilities, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, IRS compliance, strategic financial planning, and annual tax preparation and filing.
Laurel holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and finance from the University of San Francisco. On her time off, Laurel enjoys reading, hiking, listening to classical music, and exploring culinary experiences.
Robert Buehler
VP of Safety
Robert Buehler is Jet Methods’ VP of Safety and Assistant Chief Pilot. With over 43 years of experience in airline and corporate aviation, he manages the company’s Safety Management Program and oversees all safety protocols and procedures. Additionally, Robert manages pilot recruitment, training, and pilot mentoring, emphasizing safety and professional standards for Jet Methods.
In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, grandchildren, and many friends. Bob is a graduate of Stanford University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology.
